Nature comes right into the modern building where boulders and mountains form part of the interior. In the Atlanterhavsparken Aquarium you come face to face with seals. You can touch skate and meet cod, saithe, halibut and many more. After feeding the wolf fish, you will be served steaming hot wolf fish cake.

Outside, the penguins with their tuxedo-like plumage stand to attention, and otters and seals move elegantly around the large outdoor pools.

Atlanterhavsparken will open Norway's first marine science centre in 2020. This means that the aquarium will provide information about and close encounters with marine life in the sea in which you will be sailing with Havila Voyages.

After the visit to the aquarium, the bus takes you to the city mountain, Aksla, and the viewpoint at Fjellstua. There you can enjoy the legendary view over the art nouveau city, the sea and the Sunnmøre Alps.
