Our Onboard Credit (OBC) offer is a special promotion available exclusively for new group and FIT bookings (referred to in these terms as the "offer"). This Offer provides guests with onboard credits to spend while on board, and is calculated and issued based on the number of occupants per cabin. Applicable to both single and double occupancy bookings.
The offer is valid for all exterior cabin categories, including: Seaview Superior Double (SSD), Seaview Superior Twin (SST), Seaview Superior Accessible (SSA), Seaview Deluxe (SDX), Panoramic Superior (PSU), Panoramic Deluxe (PDX), Balcony Deluxe (BDX), Balcony Deluxe Accessible (BDA), Junior Suite (ZJB), Lighthouse Suite (ZHA). Please note that this offer is not applicable to interior cabins.
The maximum onboard credit amounts are as follows: Round Voyages: Up to 5000 NOK per cabin (2500 NOK per person). Voyage South: Up to 2500 NOK per cabin (1250 NOK per person). The maximum onboard credit amount per cabin is based on double occupancy. For single occupancy, the credit amount will be half of the listed maximum. No additional onboard credit will be issued for any guests beyond double occupancy per cabin.
The onboard credit is personal to the guest(s) booked in the cabin and cannot be shared, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Any unused credit will not be carried over to future voyages and is non-refundable. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the credit is applied on board and to report any errors or misunderstandings as soon as possible.
Onboard Credit will be issued in NOK and will be added to your booking confirmation. Any amounts listed in other currencies are approximate and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
This Offer is not valid for the Blues Cruise on Havila Polaris from April 2 to April 13, 2025.
